Hard Innerlude
A stripped down Classic Piano Ballad , introspectively talking about my experiences with Insecurities, Public perception, Self love, Questioning my legacy and my music in general, and how Hard the general human experience tends to be.
Track 2.
2019
A look back at the "Situationships" in my life when I was younger especially with people who didn't want something long-term - learning how to navigate Dating at a young age and especially around my peers.

Track 3.
Song in A Major
A song with a slight 80s/90s Soul touch expressing a subtle desire to get back with someone you still think of and hope that deep down they still think of and miss you enough to want to rekindle the relationship.
Track 4.
Reasons
A dreamy hopelessly romantic type of love story that captures the feeling of falling in love with someone deeply and intensely for the first time. It has some lyrics in Kikuyu to give it that extra touch of warmth. It explores the idea of not only falling in love but staying in love.

Track 5.
Sitaki Mwingine
with Arinaitwe
An Afro-Inspired fun carefree expression of love and friendship with your partner, and a firm affirmation of only wanting this particular person.
Track 6.
Frame with Barbara Wangui
A look at a relationship experiencing it's first few cracks on it's lifespan. It looks at a person who can tell the relationship is about to end but wanting to savour what worked and look only at the parts that make them happy, and hoping it would be enough to resuscitate What's left of the relationship. It uses various imagery to express the feelings left behind as a symbol that this person is still a huge part of their life and hoping that all the little things are enough to hold on to until they find their way back to each other

Track 7.
Priceless featuring Lavosti
A Soulful Reggae song that explores the use of Reggae/Dancehall practices of having a singular track with multiple interpretations. The first part is more Sensual but by the end it turns to themes of Spirituality and Gratitude. It's a carefree , fun and flirty song that captures the feeling of being grateful for what you have and living in the moment.
Track 8.
Sunday Skin
A song mainly exploring the topic of sex. It explores in a non vulgar way how being lost in someone can be a way of connecting to each other and experiencing something together that you want to feel again.

Track 9.
honey hour
A moment to reflect and appreciate life in it's entirety. Letting go of the overthinking, the anxieties and the doubts. The song is a moment of gratitude for the things and people around me, while also Affirming that everything will work out in the end.
Track 10.
masala tea with Matt Ngesa
This song uses tea as a connector for a budding romance. It looks at a couple almost in a "First date" type of situation, where the partner remembers things during that first date that affirm the other that this is someone who is intentional and would want to start something serious and long term.

Track 11.
June 10th
This is a song mainly surrounding the passing of my grandfather. It was derived from a text my cousin sent explaining how his passing affected her, and is a dedication to everyone I have known who has passed before and since. It is a tribute song to my late family and friends
